Favn, meaning 'embrace' in Danish, is a collaboration between Spanish artist Jaime Hayon and Fritz Hansen Furniture.

The Favn sofa is an evolution of Fritz Hansen's design language that brings together the qualities of Spanish and Danish design. The work of the artist-designer is characterized by his respect for colours, craftsmanship and techniques. "I wanted to create a form that embraces you, something really organic, that's why I named it FAVN" says Jaime Hayón.

The HAY Can Sofa comes flat-packed and is assembled at home. You get it quicker and in a simpler way as it is easier to transport and takes up less space. The idea of the name Can is that “you can”, “you can make it”, just don’t be afraid. Maybe the sofa will raise the fear “can I do this?”, “is it going to be right?” So, it is implemented into the name itself, just don’t be afraid, it will work.

KiBiSi has designed the Brick series for Versus. The series consists of a pouf, a chair, a two and three seater. KiBiSi set out to make a sofa with strong architectural references since KiBiSi partner Bjarke Ingels couldn’t find the right architect’s sofa for his apartment. The point of departure was a classic brick bond forming the cushion pattern. The cushions are tied together and fixed with a tailor quality button. The button, also designed by KiBiSi, is molded of fiber concrete – Yet another architectural reference.

The Basset sofa's sculptural language is simple and clear. There are just two elements – a horizontal “pillow” for a seat and a vertical “duvet” at the back that wraps around the seat, embracing it from the sides.
Upholstery details – marked piping is used to accentuate its shape in a natural way, giving it an easily recognizable design “signature”.
Basset doesn’t demand much space and fits easily into smaller rooms.
Basset is constructed and produced following the finest traditions of craftsmanship for this type of furniture.
